There's a saying goes. why you're leading your life at people's shadow? maybe
because i don't really understand that we cannot lived in the past just
because it is familiar. there's an action that we do when something
unpleasant happens to us. it is an action where we keep repeating and
replay the sequence of event mentally to trace of what went wrong...
